You can print out a registration form from the convenience of your home!

  1. Decide which classes you would like to take.
  2. Download and print the Registration Form (PDF) (Requires Adobe Reader (external link)).
  3. Fill out all the required information.

  4. Mail us your Registration Form with the $25 registration fee or bring it to us yourself:
