About Island Sports & Dance
Island Sports and Dance is a dance studio located in Merritt Island, Florida. We offer several disciplines of dance including Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip-hop, Musical Theater, and Pilates. We are also home to Brevard Shotokan Karate.
New Morning Classes
Island Sports and Dance is now offering Pilates and Creative Movement classes in the morning. Pilates classes are on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30-10:30 AM, in addition to the evening classes. Creative Movement class is on Friday from 9:30-10:30 AM.
Now Offering Zumba Classes
Island Sports and Dance is now offering Zumba classes. Zumba is a fusion of Latin and international music that combines high energy and motivating music. A "feel-happy" workout!
